The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) will hold ICAR NET for determining eligibility for the position of Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) and other Agricultural Universities (AUs). 
 
 
ICAR NET 2022 Eligibility -
 
AGE LIMITS -
 
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years as on 01.01.2022. There is no upper age limit for the National Eligibility Test.
 
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS -
 
A candidate must possess a Master’s degree or equivalent in the concerned Discipline and specialization completed on or before 19.09.2022 from any Indian University incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or he/she must have qualification from a foreign University recognized as equivalent eligibility qualification by the Government of India (GoI).

ASRB NET 2022 Paper Pattern:-

Mode - Online Computer Based Test (CBT)
 
ASRB NET 2022 Pattern - 
 
There will be one paper of 150 marks consisting of 150 objective type multiple choice questions to be solved in 2 (Two) hours. Each question carries one mark. 
 
Minimum marks required for qualifying NET 2022 -
 
Category of candidate - Minimum qualifying marks -
 
Un-reserved(UR)/ EWS - 75.0 (50%)
OBC - 67.5 (45%)
SC / ST/ PwBD - 60.0 (40%) 
 
1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in the NET-2022. There will be no rounding off of fractions of marks.
